"Brodie- on arrival the property was as it should be, clean, tidy and bright however when it came yk the evening the flat was very very cold. Electric storage heating however they hadn’t been switched on. Ni light in the bathroom - television nor Alexa tuned in. We only stayed one night out of three as it was to cold for my young grandchildren in the evening I . found the Wi-Fi box Just before I left. I tried to contact the agent before I left however it was a robot "

"No check-in details given, had to contact Hoseasons twice on the afternoon of arrival to get details, to say the cabin is quieky is an understatement, if you like dark & dinghy then thats ok, the kitchen is basic and smells of old fat, beds & mattress have seen better days, if you don't mind paying over the odds to sleep in a damp portacabin look no further, if we could off afford it, we would not of stayed, but as this was not a holiday we didn't have much say,but did cut our stay short."

"Beautiful secluded cottage in a quiet area, house was clean & tidy. Very spacious and we enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were the mattresses in the bedrooms were rock hard, owner needs to invest in a good mattress topper especially if staying more than 2 nights. No communication from the host beforehand & no bin bags or dish cloth to use on our first night. Otherwise all ok feedback! "
