"Great property on the water at the Marina . 2 salt water swimming pools and a nice hot tub . Best to rent bikes and go the Stock Island for lunch or dinner. Also can rent kayaks at Stock Island. "

"Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us."

"The condo was very small, but fine for two people. The kitchen and bath were updated and very nice. Carpeting needs to go away. And the furnishings are in bad need of updating. We loved the balcony. It was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Headboard is the wrong size. Our property manager, Melanie, was so helpful and was quick to return our calls. Thank you! We love the Truman Annex and always stay there. This was our first time in the Shipyard Condos. We enjoyed it very much."

"This place has everything you need. So close to restaurants and entertainment but so quiet. The pool is great. Free parking was a plus. Easy check in and out process. Natalie was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles...

"We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended."

"Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place."

"My husband and I visit Key West every year. We don’t go to frequent Duval Street we go for the warmth of the sun, artist fairs, sunsets, our favorite restaurants and our favorite shops. My husband does go fishing with the guys once or twice. But we come back and feel as though we’ve been in paradise. When your husband is a farmer it does really seem like paradise 😂"

"The place was clean and well taken care of. Getting into was easy and everything was texted so it was on hand for arrival. They even surprised us with some treats. Pool was nice but the beach at the condo was not great, however there is one short walk away. Walking to the main shopping and restaurants was doable but about a 45 min walk in the heat isn't for everyone. Ubers were fast and cheap. Great family vacation."

"My first rental in Key West and it was amazing! The process to check in was full-service even with he challenges in flight delays. My friend and I had the best time and really enjoyed the property and location. 10/10 would recommend! Brian was an amazing help through the whole trip and helped make it so special! Will book again for our next Mother’s Day!"

"The location was wonderful and quiet. Great pool and views while at the pool. Nice garden view from the room. Easy drive to Duval Street and other attractions. The biggest downside is the very dated and worn furnishings."

"Family trip. We loved this hidden gem in Big Pine Key. The cabins on land are beautiful, spacious and confortable. The pictures don’t make them justice. New and well equipped. You’ll be surrounded by nature with frequent encounters with Key Deer. They add uniqueness to the quiet ambience. Key West is about 40 min away. I highly recommend Old Wooden Bridge! "
