Lovely little place convenient to the airport (~20 mins) and next to the beach. Smaller than I expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. Shower could have been hotter, but that's minor. They brought tea and black rice pudding to my room when I arrived, and were very accommodating in letting me hang out by the pool and in the restaurant between checkout and my evening flight, and helped me get a cab to the airport when the one I'd arranged didn't show up. If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place.
The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants
I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. At least...

We visited Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort during our honeymoon stay for 5 nights and 6 days during Mid May, and from the minute we arrived to the very last day the staff accommodated us. Dito the assistant manager help us with questions and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pool staff exceptional and very humble as well. Few things we would have like to have more of at the Resort was more frequent happy hours or vice versa longer time frame of happy hour daily. I think us guest...

This was probably the best vacation me and my husband had. It was the perfect honeymoon spot. We stayed for 10 days. Hotel staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful. Drinks & food at the hotel were a bit pricey. But If you walk a few feet outside or on the beach there was delicious and very affordable food. I also kept getting pampered at the spas across from the hotel. It was only like 7 USD for an hour massage. The hotel itself was beautiful and huge. The room was very clean and...

I give the Anvaya 5 stars! I was in Singapore for work and decided to treat myself and check out Bali for a few days. It was too quick of a trip, but I wanted to do a little traveling. Upon arrival to Anvaya, I was greeted with a cold towel and ice water during check-in. The lobby space is so peaceful and calming. The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable. I arrived very early and my room would not be ready until 2pm. There was an an AC room available with coffee to hang out in, however,...

I stand firmly behind my five stars - this hotel definitely earned them on service alone. The staff memorize your name - not just a few, lots of them remember who you are! Constantly trying to help, constantly engaging in friendly conversation. We felt like we were visiting friends! The pools are great (with attached bars

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Letās you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.
