"The hotel was really lovely, and the hotel staff were really nice, and the breakfast was really nice, and the room was clean, but the only concern was that sometimes the pool was not well maintained, and also the air con was malfunctioning, and also I would advise looking for nearby activities if you are staying there"

Llegué un poco antes del horario de check-in y, aunque comprendo perfectamente que la habitación pudiera no estar disponible, faltó esa delicadeza que marca la diferencia: intentar facilitar un ingreso anticipado o, en su defecto, tener algún gesto de cortesía, como una botella de vino, un canasto de frutas o una pequeña atención. Creo que los clientes de Expedia con cierto nivel de membresía deberían percibir algún beneficio concreto, y que Expedia también debería cuidar más este aspecto con los hoteles que promociona, especialmente cuando sus propios clientes contribuyen a recomendarlos y darles visibilidad. Son pequeños detalles, pero pueden cambiar por completo la percepción de una estadía."

"Great location and lobby is gorgeous. Shower leaked. Galway’s and rooms a bit run-down. Bed firm but very comfortAble. Sink leaked, adding to the pool of water on the ground from the shower. Called down for multiple things never brought. Fridge not actually cold. Water is only bottled and upon request after the two provided in room."
