Villas in Surrey Heath

"Booked 4 nights here. Room was clean but dark. Unfortunately, the room I had did not have proper heating nor air conditioning. Portables were brought in when i complained about the room being cold."

"Runway room view was good. Bar expensive , but it is London. Drink was fantastic though. Great start to the holiday. Breakfast good too "

"This is an excellent hotel if you have a layover at Heathrow Airport. Simply use the covered walkway to get from the terminal to the hotel. Also, there is a tube stop at Terminal 4 as well, so a day trip into the city from the hotel is easy."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, and guided us regarding the shuttle. I would like to bring to their notice that although cash was one of the payment options (among the stickers)on the bus, the bus driver refused to accept it."

"The theirs bed (not requested) was awkwardly placed I kicked it nearly every time. The Beds and duvets were too short.. and too narrow… I needed two duvets to cover my body. I am 6’ not 7’! I did not like being charged a Service Charge after ordering food in the Green Bar This is not acceptable practice. No toilets in the Lobby atea is ridiculous. In my room the AC (which was noisy) stopped working cold after the second night"

"The quality and range of the breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Zakia particularly was lovely. She exuded genuine warmth wirh her incredible efficiency and professionalism. We have rebooked this hotel for our next trip to London"
