"The unit was perfect for our needs. 2BR, 2BA which is rare for London. Only complaints I have were the beds were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, had a washer, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. Also grateful the place had a lift and ramp on the ground floor for luggage which made getting in/out of the place convenient. Located in Bloomsbury, it's an easy walk to the British Museum, Russel Square Tube station and multiple bus lines."

"Staff were very helpful but you need to be aware that it is not serviced like a hotel and there is a constant noise of the underground except for about 5 hours a day. Good if you just need somewhere to sleep and little else, this works fine. "
