"A wonderful experience for a one-night stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating, umbrellas were helpful for the rainy day. My only suggestion would be to allow easier access between the two buildings rather than having to go all the way around the building."

"My husband and my flight arrived on a Weds ~9am. We headed to the hotel, & they held our luggage for us so we could go shopping. They also offered access to the pool while we waited. They have a restroom with showers & changing rooms. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they sent a text our room was ready at 130pm. We stayed in a poolside cabana room & were on the 3/4th floors. We were next to the elevator, & didn't hear it or any foot traffic. Housekeepers meticulously maintained our rooms daily by 10am. The poolside dining service was fantastic. Eric, poolside waiter, made us feel very attended to. Pool attendants did not seem to allow guests placing towels down on chairs first thing in the morning & leaving them there all day. The attendants check on you throughout the day asking if you need an umbrella moved for you so you can have shade. We loved that this hotel is adults only. Even when the pool was busy, it always seemed peaceful & quiet. The beach was clean, & you can enjoy swimming in the ocean there. We enjoyed breakfast & lunch many times at the hotel throughout our stay. Cocktails are top notch, food portions are generous, & the quality is excellent. Late check out wasn't available the day we left. They held our luggage & allowed us to hang out by the pool all day. We felt rejuvenated at the end of our trip & ready to return to work due to the peaceful atmosphere and very attentive staff at this hotel. We will return to this hotel & highly recommend it."
