The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy!
Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute.
Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace.

"We love this hotel so much. The spa with pool is fabulous. The rooms are immaculately clean and large with very comfortable beds . The staff are super attentive and helpful. "We have been staying at this hotel for the past two years when we travelled to Tokyo, absolutely loved it! The rooms are spacious and cleaned!! It's walking distance to the Akasaka district which there's hundreds of restaurants to chose from. They have a lot of English speaking staff which I find helpful. "
"Staff was so friendly and nice. Rooms were very small but it was expected as we were in Japan. Room was always so clean and staff was always on stand by to help with any issues. They help us with setting up our luggages to transport to the airport as we were heading to Osaka and returning the next few days. There’s a washing machine that’s easily accessible in case you need to do laundry. Overall great experience. Shop was nearby and subway was just a 5 min walk! "
