"Only one thing I would say that I woudlve liked to be told when I was checking in, if you lose one of the room keys it’s about 18$ or so for lost key. I would recommend they tell their guests before hand about this when checking in. Thankfully I found it but yeah otherwise it was very comfy place to come back to at the end of the day. "We had an excellent stay. I was with two kids (7 & 11) and they lived their first hotel in Tokyo. Really close to food options, and across the street to the Hanzōmon station - it was so easy to get around. Rooms were clean and the products offered in the room were great. Breakfast buffet was excellent. My kids are typically picky but they ate so well here. Furthermore, staff were super friendly and helpful! "

"The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean u get new towels everyday, the location is in a professional area so it’s quiet. The rooms are cozy but you don’t come to Japan to stay in your room the whole time the bed fit both of us perfectly fine. There’s restaurants , bars , clubs and a claw game store near by but at night be aware there are touts near by preying on tourists "

"A wonderful stay in the New Otani. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that I needed in the room. The hotel is so large and the fact that there a shops and restaurants within the complex made it helpful."

"The location is convenient as the train station is really near. There is a nearby airport limousine bus as well for the tourists. Lots of food around the area. Their complimentary bread and coffee/ tea in the morning is lovely too, as well their free bottled water. Staff communicates very well and really accomodating. But when it comes to the hotel room itself, the room feels so outdated, old and dusty. The carpet is really dark and are not vacuumed or cleaned enough. The ceiling of the bathroom has molds and so is their windowsill. The bathroom sink has heavy duty duct tape and the cupboards has some tape as well. The airway panel of the room is dusty as well. Their rooms are not well lit and some days the sewage smells as well. The entirety of the hotel needs an upgrade. "
