The checkin process was seamless with Luca and they hand you a manual with the house rules, in Italien, English and German. Secure designated parking behind the gate. Close to markets, restaurants and the marina. Was able to house 5 people, including children and one senior. Neighbors are friendly. "We could not fault this stay. Michele our host was welcoming and helpful. The villa was perfect for our needs. Spacious and accommodating. Gave us the privacy needed but close to all amenities. With restaurants within walking distance. The ‘lungomare’ was so beautiful to walk along. Would 100% recommend."
