"I just stayed overnight while on a fishing trip, but the hotel is conveniently located right in the center of Seneca Falls within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quaint hotel, nicely appointed, and very quiet. I would stay here again."

"Definitely, not super clean. Cleaning staff banged on our door every morning multiple times despite the fact that the do not disturb sign was up. At one point in our trip one of the cleaners actually entered our room despite the do not disturb sign up. I was not very pleased."

"The staff at check-in was not very friendly and seemed indifferent. Upon entering your room, a slight odor of stale cigarette smoke was noticeable. The room appeared clean, but the bathroom shower needs a thorough cleaning, as rust and mildew have gathered around the bottom. When the air conditioner turned on, it was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. Overall, the property needs some serious cleaning and maintenance."

"I booked this place before I read the reviews. They were pretty bad. I checked in anyway figuring I booked it I’m staying there. What a wonderful surprise when I arrived and found my room clean and not like those reviews at all. Talking to Mari at the front desk I mentioned the bad reviews and she asked if me they were old, which they were. She said the motel was bought by a young couple a few years ago who invested in remodeling and upgrading. They did a great job with the new bathrooms. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. I’ll be coming back to the Geneva NY area again and I definitely know where I’ll be staying."
