"My daughter stayed here at this hotel and this is what she had to share; “I stayed here with my friends and it has become my favorite hotel in Rome, and it’s just right outside of Vatican City. We were welcomed by Maui, who did everything to prepare our rooms to feel like home for our stay. This morning, my friends and I spent some time outside in the terrace sketching and just taking in this charming pocket in the property. It was such a wonderful way to welcome our day. The property is also very close to neighborly shops and cafes and a restaurant we quite enjoyed yesterday. We are so grateful to Maui for making us feel so welcome in her home! She was so accommodating, kind and communicated with us weeks in advance and right before our stay, which made us feel so comfortable and happy about our reservation there. This was the first visit for my friends to Rome and I couldn’t have been happier about our experience on our first day. Thank you Maui for making it so special! Staying here will absolutely be a tradition!”"

"Booked based on other reviews. Very clean and fabulous location . The room is spacious enough as many rooms in Rome are tight. The beds are ultra firm and pillows flat as many in Rome. Here’s the difference, Marco and Pierre at the desk which by the way, is operated 24/7, they gave such incredible personal service far above any other hotel we have been in n Rome. They make the difference!!We are touring all day and only sleeping there. The bathroom was recently renovated with a rain head. Bar in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Can’t say enough about Marco and Pierre. 5 star customer service!!!"
