"Beautiful hotel with pool, included breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I would liked to have stayed longer.
Key issue though, it is in a remote location so you absolutely need to arrange transportation to and from with hotel. We did not do this and paid price. We rented a car but had to return it an hour away. And train stops and taxis need to be coordinated. Whew. "

The hotel is really close from the volcano but unfortunately really far from the cities"

Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room .
Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great
Carpets throughout were very dirty . "
