Great views. If you don't have your own transportation, you're a bit isolated here. But that's part of the draw. It's about an hour's drive from the city, and it's generally quiet and has fantastic scenery. On weekends, it gets a little busy with day visitors who come for the sunset and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.

I have booked for 2 bedroom beach front pool villa to celebrate my birthday and it turns up to be a surprise proposal by my fiance. Staff is very friendly, the check in process were pretty fast but check-out process need to be improve. The 2 Bedroom beach front pool villa was awesome, overall cleanliness is good and they provide sufficient kitchenware to those who wants to cook in the villa. Bathroom comes with Jacuzzi bath tub, only things is they don't provide in house slipper and coffee tea...

These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

Very nice hotel, clean, no nonsense, and extremely quick reply. The bed was super comfortable and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The Regis was perfect for our 3 night stay in KK. Virtual front desk through WhatsApp was very responsive to all inquiries and the on site staff was extremely helpful. The location next to the Imago Mall was also quite convenient for anything we need plus ehailing to different spots in KK.

It is a clean tidy place with very attentive staff. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable. We used it as a base for our two week stay in Sabah and really enjoyed our stay there. The drive up and down the hill is interesting. It is a windy road and you have to watch out for the local water buffalo's (which are nowhere near as aggressive as the ones in Australia). Amazing. Very good costumer service. Everybody was very kind and friendly. The problem was fixing the AC. They got it done on the 3rd attempt. After that everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay. We’re in Bali now. Then back to the states.

We had a few mishaps on check in, but the front manager, Razin, went above and beyond to make up for our inconvenience. The hotel is beautiful, we had a spacious and comfortable room, the bed great. Not only across from the street markets, it's also on the South China Sea!
