Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay.

Absolutely Stunning! The grounds and rooms are first class! The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects during the stay. Peaceful and serene is an understatement. Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.

Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well. Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. The views are amazing and your not far from the basílica of st francis and Maria degli angeli. The best !

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, amazing food, QUIET. Sitting in the hot tub amidst the ruins of a Roman amphitheater was beyond all great travel experiences. Excellent chef, with a respectful eye towards organic and local tradition. Restaurant is a bit expensive, but far superior to the tourist restaurants in the center. Beautiful breakfast buffet, homemade pastries, and bread like bread should be made. The experience is worth every penny.

I normally never book a 2 Star Hotel but I booked it not realizing it was 2 Star. What makes it two star as they do not have 24 hour service. this hotel is a great value, middle of village, nice patios, If you are a budget, this is a great place for you

INCREDIBLE! This was our favorite place in Italy, it was like living in a fairy tale. Beautiful view, wonderful restaurant, accommodations and service were above and beyond. A beautiful hotel, amazing pool (the top one) for lazying about for a day. Restaurant was only ok, same for the food by the pool.

This is a lovely hotel close to the center of Perugia. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The view over the city and into the Umbrian countryside was lovely. We were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer.

We've had a very good experience with this stay. The property is located in an open environment with a stunning surrounding view. Sleeping in a 1300 years old, stone room was definitely a rare opportunity. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Clean room, beautiful place

Awesome hotel! The rooms, toilets and eating areas are very clean. The owners/staffs are very nice and courteous and helpful. This place felt like home away from home. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we come back to Assisi. Highly recommended!

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Umbria. The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The safe was so convenient as it was in a drawer and you didn't have to get on your knees to access it! The breakfast was awesome and the restaurant in which we had dinner one night was amazing! I would say this, probably has the best air-conditioning in all of Umbria! Extremely clean, moderately comfortable with a very nice breakfast. Above all, the staff were as charming as Umbria itself.
