"The exterior are kinda okay, a little dated but the condo unit I stayed are spacious and well equipped. Mid size fridge, water pitcher, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, soap, cup/glass, Coffeemaker, toaster oven, supplies, water pot.etc. There are laundry washer dryer in the hall, Ice maker, hair dryer, vanity mirror with seat cubicle,etc. However, I was surprised having little pressured about a timeshare/condo presentation (they are trying to book an appointment) when I am pressed for time as attending an event. It may be for some people but not for me."

"We had a fantastic 6 night stay at The Saguaro over a festival weekend.The staff—from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping—were consistently amazing, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was a definite highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed the on-site dining. The rooms are a generous size and easily accommodated our group of three adults without feeling cramped. Highly recommend for a fun Palm Springs getaway!"

"We arrived on Palm Springs and the hosts welcomed us right away and was able to checked us in smoothly! The place was cozy, clean and the area offers great amenities; nearby grocery stores, walkable area for leisure! If you are driving around Palm Springs this is a great place to stay in!The hosts are also very responsive and accomodating!"

"Very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. I like that there were two bathrooms. I wished that the check-out time out would be a bit later so we could have taken full advantage of all the activities the facility had to offer."

"This home was huge like 1300 square feet. It's across the street from Target and Trader Joe's, it's like a 10 min walk, or 2 min drive. We stayed here during Coachella weekend. It is a 35 min drive to the festival grounds. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with a door. One bedroom on the 2nd floor but there is no door which is odd, the stairs are winding so there is privacy. The 2nd floor gets a ton of sunlight during the day and can wake you up in the morning. Both showers are walking showers so perfect for seniors or people with disability issues. There's assigned parking spot in the garage, in front of the garage. Also some other spots in the complex for first come first serve and also street parking available. Check in is easy with a lockbox outside. There's a community pool and Jacuzzi available for use. The only negative issue- the home was not cleaned. It was extremely dusty on the floor, counter, bath mats. There were dead bugs on the floor. We even found a live cockroach inside that we killed. I told the host that the housekeeping staff need to do a better job. "

"This house was the perfect retreat for relaxing in Palm Springs and a day trip to Joshua Tree. Highlight was the pool! It was a nice size for our 6 year old, just long enough to swim across. There are tubes and floaties available to use. Host is very accessible for any questions. We had a nice stay. Thank you!"
