"We arrived on Palm Springs and the hosts welcomed us right away and was able to checked us in smoothly! The place was cozy, clean and the area offers great amenities; nearby grocery stores, walkable area for leisure! If you are driving around Palm Springs this is a great place to stay in!The hosts are also very responsive and accomodating!"

"Beautiful spot. Clean basic condo. Beware a few things: the staff won’t help and they always lead with ‘no’. No, you can’t check in early. No, there’s no water in the lobby while you wait 6 hours to check in, etc. you can’t adjust the temp in the condos less than 72, so we were sweaty and over heated. Fall to turn in a key card? $2 charge. Need to get a clean towel? Pay a fee or pay to do your own laundry. The whole place just feels like you’re breaking a rule when you didn’t know the rule in a retirement community. So if you go, read the fine print when you check in, and try not to talk to the staff, and be prepared to sleep uncomfortably warm. And bus your own trash. Honestly if you have that mindset it’s fine. We just had no idea from the listing. "

"This house was the perfect retreat for relaxing in Palm Springs and a day trip to Joshua Tree. Highlight was the pool! It was a nice size for our 6 year old, just long enough to swim across. There are tubes and floaties available to use. Host is very accessible for any questions. We had a nice stay. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay during spring break. The house was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. The back yard space was nice and private. We also enjoyed using the BBQ! The neighbourhood was quiet and there was easy access to walking paths and golf courses. Communication with the host, George, was excellent throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the beautiful mountain views—they were truly stunning.This was the perfect spot for us and our two older teens. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again!"
