"スタッフさんがとても親切。アメニティーも充実していました。鍋のセットを希望したら道具を準備していただいて充実した宿泊になりました。ただ、５名利用でしたが、お箸やコッブおわん等が個数分揃っていなかったことがありました。また、1階のキッチン部分は、冬場は寒く感じました。施設内は、清潔でトイレも２つあり、とっても便利でした。また、利用したいと思います。"

"Koraku-an is a beautiful Ryokan. We wanted to experience staying in a traditional Japanese home and this place was perfect. Rika was so nice and she even went out of her way to wait for our Uber to help direct it to Koraku-an on our last day. Over all, our experience with Koraku-an was wonderful and excellent."

"行くまでの道が狭く、子どもを連れて歩くのには危険でした。お風呂に入った際に、建てつけの問題か扉を閉めていても外に水が漏れてきたのが残念でした。そのため足ふきマットが濡れてしまいましたが、替えがなく困りました。部屋全体は綺麗に掃除がされていて、洗濯機の洗剤が置かれていたり、しっかりとした冷蔵庫があったり助かりました。"
