"It was my first stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid and I absolutely love it! I spent 2.5 days and enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfect. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious with nice rooms and comfortable beds. It’s located in the central area, very close to the Royal Palace and in a walkable distance to the main attraction points. Also very close to public transportation (Metro and buses), easy to get to anywhere you need. The staff were amazing as well. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. A special shout out to Jorge Gonzalez. He took very good care of me apron my arrival, was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of choices. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I am in Madrid! "

"Amazing property at an excellent location. We booked with half board and both breakfast and dinner options were great. Big shout out to Marina, from the breakfast crew. She took great care of us, extremely kind and nice. 5 star service. On the property conditions I did not give a 5 star because 1 out of the 2 guest elevators was down for our entire stay."

"After several attempts to contact unsuccessfully the hotel to get the shuttle schedule I finally got through on the phone. The shuttle service offered is extremely limited which they FAIL to mention on their services. Uber cost 16.80 euro 1 way. Although it is a new hotel and one would expect it to be clean, it was, there was only one, 1 ! towel in the room for 2 persons. The last shuttle in the morning is 9:45, check out is at noon, so how does that work? And if you have an early flight, forget it. Or a late flight. Could not get on internet. One needs to go downstairs and scan a bar code - was in my pyjamas already. Called reception, no answer. The reason is the management in their wisdom have one person answering phones, doing check-in and serving coffee and drinks. LOVELY reception that are dealing with a multi task situation that is not sustainable. So if you think you are saving money think again.. add Uber, no coffee in room and I suspect more issues on the way. "
