"Buffet breakfast offered a great choice....but only lukewarm. Room spacious with a great view (partial harbour view double); mattress a little firm for my liking. Can reccomend daily Happy Hour!!"

"Our first room had a broken bed, we had let them know and it took them over 1 day to arrange a new room for us. Everytime we had gone to the desk, it felt like there was no communication of the situation prior or notes on file. They did eventually change our rooms but we had to wait until the check out hour was completed to move (after noon before 1 pm) and while on vacation, its not something ideal to carve out time for. The pool is in another tower but it wasn't explained that there was a cross over floor that was easier to get to, we found it on our own. Fitness center is great, and with the current renovations, im sure the hotel will be looking great in the future."
