It is very clean, quite convenient (lots of restaurants, shoe repair and laundry near by), quiet and staff are extremely helpful. It has all the basics of what you need for a great stay in a huge city. The room is recently updated. English is no problem. Sharon at the front desk has gone the extra mile to arrange our shuttle to the cruise ship. I would stay again."
