"Convenient to St. Marks Square. We enjoyed having a drink on at the bar and watching the gondola's park for the evening. We also enjoyed watching them prep to depart in the AM. The hotel let us leave our bags after check-out so we could tour the Doges Palace. Breakfast was good."

"I really enjoyed staying this hotel. It's very close to main shopping stores and lots of restaurants. If you hire a private water taxi (costs around $130) you can be dropped off right in front of the hotel."

"We only had a 1-night stay, 4-member family in 1 room. The team was really great and friendly. To know: House has x floors, we had our room on the 3rd floor, reception is at the 1st floor. You can't park in Venezia, you have to leave your car outside, and the boat is pretty expensive (9.50/person), so if you don't have to bring all your luggages, you would prefer to walk, which is the same amount of time actually :) "

"Lovely staff! So polite and helpful and made us feel welcome at the hotel. A little bit out of the busy part of the city, so it was quiet and relaxing. And still walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again. P.s. definitely go to the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! Eggs, bacon, fruit, really great pastries, etc. Our last day, the hotel staff kindly arranged a water taxi to the train station and it picked us up right outside the hotel's canalside door! Very cool. Thanks for the great stay."
