"What a beautiful property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon at. The hosts were very attentive before and during our stay. The room has a comfy bed and a beautiful view off the deck for morning coffee. It was great to have beach chairs and towels available to take to the beach. "We really loved how centrally located it was. Great property. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Restaurant and bar on site with Live Music- On the beach! It really was great. My ONLY criticism is that I would have liked to have heard more Hawaiian Music from the live Musicians. We were their to appreciate the culture and the music is part of it. But, we will definitely stay there again!! "

"Very convenient location in Kapaa - can easily head north or south depending on the weather and interests. Property has beautiful gardens and while the beach is pretty narrow, the ocean is beautiful. The buildings and rooms? The buildings are showing their age. The AC in our room was a bit flaky and the cable TV was kind of a pain to use. Oh... and while the third floor rooms have nice views, be aware that there are no elevators (at least in our building)."

"We loved stay here! We were steps away from the beach where we enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Although I don’t think that beach was swimmable. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a TV, comfy couches and the bed was very comfortable. Great location with lots of shops less than 20 mins away. There is a washer and dryer on site. Be warned there is no A/C but there were a couple of fans and the sea breeze to help cool you off. At night it got pretty chilly no trouble...
