"What I liked about the hotel is that the space is easy to maintain. Each morning, provided a set of towels ( 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel). Would be nice to be provided 2 of each. Staff was helpful with questions. Common areas I felt could have been kept up a little more. Like hourly checks of cleanliness of wiping tables and sink areas in Women’s bathroom. "The property is so beautiful. I loved our stay. We stayed with 2 kids and it felt like home for us. Loved how accessible it is to beach. Not just beach but also to ala wai walking trail. With free parking this is a jackpot. So wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"The outdoor seating gets full very quickly and I didn’t get to enjoy it very much during our stay which is unfortunate since they charge a resort fee on top of what they charge for the stay. But the main thing that was very frustrating was the parking situation, They only offer limited valet parking which is also a separate fee from the stay and the resort fee. Apart from that the stay was great, we loved our room and the bed was very comfortable."

"The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter.
