"The staff were fantastic both at the hotel and the diner. The room was great apart from technical issues with our television which staff tried to fix. But it kept breaking again , in the end we gave up as out of the 3 day stay here it worked for about 2 hrs on and off. We gave up and used a phone to watch the world cup! Not quite the same but staff did give us a complimentary breakfast on departure as an apology.
Parking facilities great, tea and coffee in reception. The toiletries in the room were gorgeous and the staff overall were fabulous and welcoming.
We would probably stay again if we were to head this way."
