"Check in was good, the agent was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. The room was not clean, the bathroom especially. The ceiling was damaged and falling apart. The shower had hair in the bottom, the curtain smelled like mold and the floor dirty. "

"We did not stay at the property. Upon arrival, there was a van with covered up wheels in the driveway. There were large security bars on the windows. We were "conveniently" located one block off MLK Drive. There were no photos of the front of the house or mention of the location prior to renting this place. We are two elderly couples who did not feel safe upon arrival. Rather than false advertising, this was more of not providing the whole picture. I spoke with the owner and explained the situation. No refund was offered. "

"The house was very clean and spacious! Plenty of room to spread out but also great places in the home to come together. The host was responsive and helpful, very easy to work with! Definitely somewhere I would stay again! "
