"We had a terrible stay on the Saturday night as we checked into our room and when we got back from being out, there were other people that were checked into the same room. We had left our stuff in the room and the security person had to come with us to get it. When we went to get our stuff, the people in there had gone through our things. When we talked with the staff, they were kind and helpful but the error occurred on the side of the hotel as two groups of people were checked into the same room. The hotel over all was fine and the staff we spoke to about the incident were nice as well. However, this should never have happened."
