"Hotel is really needing a complete refurb, my room had the shower side collapsing and the room had barely any furniture in it. I mentioned this to the staff and they just apologised. Even walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor there was stuff lying all over the carpets, they were in need of a vacuum. I wouldn't stay here again, spend an extra few pounds and stay elsewhere."

"On check in the reception staff didnt tell me what floor the room was, or where the lift was, we had to ask! Lovely clean room, very small bath, but lovely shower over the bath. Had food in the resteraunt which was very expensive for what we had. Car parking was payable at the desk at checkout. Parked Wednesday night to friday morning £24. Booked this hotel to be close to the Utilita arena, but it was still a long walk to the venue."

"Hotel was clean close to china town so good for a Chinese meal lol 10 min walk to centre 15 mins from station not too bad "

"The breakfast was lovely, the staff extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. My stay included a night where the local football club had a home match and there was a lot of screaming from people fighting late into the night, but it’s hard for a local establishment that relies on football business to deal with it. I’d just recommend avoiding around those times. "

"Staff really nice no towels in room, rooms clos with heating on. No TV in room you expect paying 60 pounds for a double room there would be a TV for that price I could of booked the Premier inn. Its says on there website site they have a bar but the bar does not have alcohol, a can of coke is 3 pounds its 125 in the shops over all a.rip off"
