"Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!"

"Clean room, big TV, nice little kitchen in the room and agent was very responsive to email. Not for light sleeper and the big living room and kitchen are shared area."

"Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here."
