Hazel, Ian and Auntie Chris were wonderful hosts. We had a shared bathroom that was no problem. Beautiful old manse with attractive, professionally gardened grounds. Room was like out of a movie. The whole experience was wonderful. Food was spot on. Beverages hit the spot. The room was wonderful. Our time spent here gave us the break from our day to day grind. We left more relaxed than we have ever been on holiday. Just wonderful!

What a lovely hotel with such good energy. There’s a serenity to this place. I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities from a swim in the pool, hot sauna, hanging out in the terrace and dinner at The Living Space. The property itself is beautifully designed. I enjoyed my stay at Norcroft Guest House. The staff members are kind. I was able to check-in early and was so grateful for that. I was offered a slice of lemon cake on arrival (delicious!) and offered fruit to take on my last morning when I wasn't going to be there for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to my room at the time I requested. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Penrith in the future. Thank you! A really impressive property

Lovely spot. Warm,Spotless and spacious. We were in room 2 overlooking the street and an adjacent park.

Wonderful place and staff. Loved every minute of our short stay at the Kings Head.

The hotel was beautiful and the outside scenery was amazing. I loved seeing the cows when I woke in the morning and the garden was awesome. I would stay here again if I were in this area.

Great little place for a room over a bar. The bar closes at 9 PM so you get a very quiet sleep. Very close walk from the station.

Really enjoyed our stay at this modernized Victorian boutique hotel. Staff and owners were a major factor in making the stay so memorable. The updated property is immaculate, and has an excellent location in Keswick. Highly recommended as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. However, the screaming drunk youth in the streets outside the hotel could be heard into the early hours of the morning, which meant it was hard to sleep.

An amazing location and room. Great breakfast and convenient to walkable and drivable Lake District attractions.

It would be nice to have dedicated check-in, instead of waiting for someone behind the bar to help you. Other than that, it was a great experience, and will recommend to others.
