"I got worried when i reached as it has a leisure centre , starbucks and a bar in it, therefore super busy, but to my amazement, it was really quite once in my room. Beds was super comfy and the staff very helpful, when, i realised my heating wasn't working, they offered me to swap rooms or to have an electric heater. I stayed put with the electric heater which was enough to watm up my room. "

"incredible staff and great food. i did ask the different between the room i booked and the room one price point below that, and i was told it was size, and a nespresso machine. But when arrived at the room, there was no nespresso machine. So not sure what I paid the extra £50 for."

"This was a great choice. We were upgraded when we arrived to a king bed room at the front of the hotel with a gorgeous view of Windsor Castle. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was very clean and spacious and the hair dryer worked wonderfully...hot and high blowing. The restaurant area is beautifully decorated and the staff was sooooooo kind and attentive. This couldnt be in a better location and what a treat to stay in such an historic property. "
