Cute older motel. Attentive owners. Delightful heated pool. Good location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short drive or bus ride. Right on the bus route. Very clean and well cared for.

A great stay in the heart of Niagra Falls. The staff were so nice, and it was easy to park and forget driving, since everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

Great location, modern and clean hotel, breakfast was good, simple but good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A little noisy due to hockey team and dance competition kids staying there, but I would definitely stay here again!

Love this place, truly amazing if you are not picky. the rooms are nice and cozy, very clean and nicely decorated. each room is decorated with a difference scenery, which shows the owner put a lot of thought into it. the motel is family owned so the staff is very nice and friendly, makes you feel like home. as long as you ask, they will go out of their way to try to help you. it's not far from the falls, only 5 mins drive. the staff will give you tips on how to get there, where's the best spot...

Fallsview area is amazing. We were on the 8th floor with river view which had a balcony and a view of Niagra falls from the Canada side. Amazing. Very large room, remodeled bathroom, great TV and Refrigerator. Morning breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 which was the standard cereal, muffins, waffles, scrambled eggs toast, yogurt fruit with a variety of juices and coffee and a cost savings for us. The hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything with just a 1/2 block walk to the casino/food...

This place is great for families! I went with my fiance and our 10 year old son for his birthday and we had a blast playing in the pool! It is also close enough to walk to many of the iconic places, maybe limit that to 10 as it was a little much for our son. We still had a blast!
