"The staff was very helpful and offered me the choice of a ground floor room as there was no lift. The room was fine but a bit tired. Redecoration would go a long way. I left too early for breakfast, so I looked at buying a snack from the counter in reception. The prices were extortionate! I expected them to be more expensive than if you bought from a shop, but £6 for a packet of crisps that cost £2.50 in a shop was far too much of a mark up in my opinion and was taking advantage as there was nowhere else to shop nearby. It is extremely convenient for T5 though. "

"This was a great find for our 13 hour layover at London Heathrow. It was a 10 min walk from terminal 4 and the price was decent. The hotel was clean and the restaurant had great dinner options. "

"Great location in terminal 2. I had one night there and got there via tube. Directions were so easy to navigate, and I was able to find the hotel. My flight was conveniently located in terminal 2 so I was able to sleep in and check my bags early. Room service was also great. "

"Unfortunately I didn't get to have breakfast and make use of the bar as I was too occupied with what I was in London for but my stay was superb. Great location, clean room, staff lovely and my friends I came with couldn't stop admiring the hotel as it's so beautiful....it was a lovely experience x"

"TL:DR - Overall a decent experience but pretty inconvenient, comparable to the likes of Premier Inn and Travelodge in service provided but with an increased price. Check In - Due to work I often cannot make it in time for check in, as my partner doesn’t work most days she is usually able to check in earlier than I do. She was unable to do so here and was made to wait until I arrived despite having all the confirmation emails and numbers to hand. Bed - the bed here was a king sized bed (technically), it was really two singles pushed together and one side was so loose and lumpy it was as though the mattress was stuffed with 10 year old pillows. We could barely sleep. Air conditioning - the air conditioner didn’t really work, couldn’t really feel anything coming out from it and it would turn off by itself. Internet - we didn’t have internet from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Resorting to using mobile data. Checking out - we got late check out and was quoted £15 per hour as opposed to flat £30 fee that we paid at Courtyard Marriott City. When I went to pay they attempted to charge me £60 which ended up with a dispute. Additionally my card stopped working at 12 and I was forced to go to reception for a new one. My experience overall was more comparable to what I would expect from Premeir Inn, which is ironic because I had none of these issues when I stayed at Premeir Inn a couple weeks ago. Overall a 3/5 experience, better off going to another hotel"

"Left after three hours. Sink was completely blocked and some horrible brown stuff came up from it. Room felt like a hospital. No windows. Lights were like a morgue. Never again. Staff friendly and polite."
