"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. These things are not expensive to install. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty when...

"This is a lovely spacious well presented caravan on a lovely beach side Haven site. The host provided things like towels, tea, coffee, sugar and toilet roll and lovely little extras like mini shampoo and body wash and biscuits and chocolates were waiting for us on our arrival. The gas bottle did run out on our first night but the host responded immediately to my message and arranged for staff to come and replace it immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thanks"
