"Room was less than adequate, we were failed to be told that we had to pay for everything including toilet paper if we wanted it. Also they advertise a balcony suite and the balconies are locked and you can’t get outside. It was supposed to be a large upgrade from the condo we already have there and it was a complete disappointment. The staff was less than helpful to say the least. I am very disappointed. I have stayed at this property the last 14 years and have never seen it so bad. "
