Firstly, Saika on reception was very professional, helpful and friendly.
The room was very good with a fantastic view of the cricket - pillows like marshmallows - too soft!
Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments - went to the bar for a few cocktails!
Had to search for a server and when I found one she looked totally aggravated.
Requested a black russian and one other - she was constantly on her phone seemingly arguing! Took her ages to make cocktails -...
