"A beautiful grand dame of a hotel. It could benefit from an upgrade in the lobby and hallways. We had a junior suite facing the city. Noise from the street and nearby party was quite annoying, so chose a lake view room. The pool and spa were lovely, the kids had a great time! Very friendly staff, and situated in a great location to explore the old town."

"The transfer service between train station and hotel was superb. The view was fantastic and facilities were good. Breakfast was good but varieties were average. Enjoyed in the small pool with warm water prior breakfast. Price at the high side, expect to have more against the price paid. "

"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."
