"The automated check in is not so good but the staff was very helpful. I wonder why they don’t do just manual check in. I understand when a group of people come, it might be better. So let it be. Clean and great amenities. The shower curtain smells a bit but it can’t be helped in like humid Japan."

The accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with bedding that was remarkably comfortable and made for a truly restful stay. Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Every detail of the property reflects thoughtful design and genuine care for the guest experience. SORANO HOTEL delivers a seamless, high-caliber experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning."

"We enjoyed having laundry in our room. Please note it is a washer and dryer and takes like 5 or 6 hours to run. The staff was always friendly. The subways was like 3 minutes walk. It was helpful for travel."
