"Cosy flat for a couple, great location and fell views."

"On arrival the key pad did not work and ended up in bits in our hand, no key, luckily the cleaners were around the building so we requested their assistance, we found the key in the back of the door, not as set out in your instructions. We noticed the fridge was not working, the cleaners once again came to our assistance and brought us another one, thankfully with a small freezer, as the communal on was full and dirty. The following day we found that the fridge wad not working and the frozen...

"The room was clean except for cobwebs above bedroom door and the skylight window and living room window. The oven was hard to work out how to use due to there being no writing and symbols all worn off. Also could have done with a new quilt as it was lumpy. There was no curtain on the back of the front door so if you were in the shower with the bathroom door open someone at the door could see you in the shower. Overall it was clean and tidy I would go back again"

"we were offered an upgrade as the original cottage was stinking of cigarette and the new cottage had storage radiator with no heat stored in them on the first night. 2nd night the heat was stored , but the controls were broken to control the heat and we were very hot. I had drink water every half an hour even during the night to keep myself hydrated. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"
