"The service and accommodations at this hotel were truly excellent. It is one of the best experiences I have had abroad (I am from the U.S.). I had several extraordinary requests, including making copies and checking in early (I was traveling with two young and very tired grandchildren) and all were addressed helpfully and cheerfully. The concierge was very helpful with our luggage and arranging ground transportation. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was spotless and comfortable. A wonderful experience in every way. "

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I chose it because of the area in which it is located. The location could not be better for those who like a bit of a local feel, since it is located in a residential part of the city. The room was well appointed with a view of the park. The breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Having said that, I would definitely stay there during my next trip to London."
