"Firstly it took over 10minutes for receptionist to come over and give us our key for room. She was also working on the bar, so reception was unmanned. It took the third attempt of ringing bell before we were seen to. Considering we had an accessible room it was tiny and one side of the bed was a few inches from the wall. Bathroom was adequate with a walkin showr, though no bath mat was provider to step out on to."

"The rooms were cosy and comfortable with ample space in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful."
