"This hotel false advertises it has a pool and a Gym onsite. It doesn't it is a separate off site location and you have to pay £15 to use it. Only mentions this in the small print tucked away on hotel.com under policies. £230 for 1 night and you have to pay to go to the gym or pool. I will never return for that reason"
