"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "I came with my young kids and elderly parents. This hotel has such a rich history, it was an amazing experience. Yes it is not the fancy modern style hotel, but it is incredibly well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the lobby very grandeur with wonderful live piano/violin concert every night (yes, every night). The buffet breakfast/lunch was wonderful. The view outside is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again."
