"The staff are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The Front Desk staff provided us with excellent customer service especially Olive Morales, she is amazing! Barcelo Tropical amenities are good. Food, drinks and daily events at the pool are good as well. The nightly shows at the theater could have been better. The market inside the resort is great, and walking distance from where we stayed - this is an added bonus! Overall, our stay at Barcelo is excellent! Would recommend to everyone looking for a great place to stay in Riviera Maya."
