"It's a nice hotel in a good safe area but the elevator was broken the entire time i was a guest (3 days) and we often had to take service elevator. I like the free coffee that is available all day but there is no free breakfast and parking is also not free. "

"Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Hampton Inn Tampa International Airport/Westshore! I landed at TPA, called the hotel, and the free shuttle arrived in under 10 minutes. The driver was friendly and helped with my bag without me even asking. When I arrived earlier than check-in, I only planned to drop off my luggage, but the front desk staff were so kind and accommodating that they checked me into my room right away with huge smiles. That small gesture made a tired traveler incredibly happy — above and beyond! The room itself was spotless, modern, and amazingly quiet despite being so close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the large TV plus plenty of power outlets were perfect. Every single staff member I encountered was genuinely warm, polite, and professional. They made me feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was solid, way above the usual hotels fare ,and a good coffee selection — everything you need to start the day. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll be back again when cruising and need to be in town a day early, and already looking forward to it! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so perfect."

"Here’s a polished, friendly, and helpful review you can copy/paste: ⸻ We had a wonderful stay at the St. Petersburg Hilton Carillon Park! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit comfortable. The pool was impressively clean and pleasantly warm, even though the weather was colder than usual during our trip. The hot tub was perfectly hot one day and more on the warm side the next, but still relaxing either way. One thing worth pointing out—some online searches say the hotel isn’t dog-friendly, but that’s definitely not the case. We saw several adorable four-legged guests during our stay, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d absolutely stay here again!"
