"The shower pod is literally in the room you sleep in at the bottom of the bed. I had no idea this was the case when booking as I’ve never known anything like it! There is zero privacy! The reception staff aren’t very friendly and the service overall is just lacking what you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again! "Great location, a stones throw away from the metro which takes you to the centre of Amsterdam in 20 mins. Rooms were great, we had 4 rooms in total, 1 of them was upgraded to their new superior rooms which was lovely but even their standard rooms were great, only difference between the standard and superior was larger tv, larger bed, nicer flooring and a rainfall shower. The bar area was lovely and overall we had a great stay"
