"The place is easy to access. The person sends all the information for check in. The room is comfortable, normal for a hotel in Europe. It says it's the oldest in Lucerne but it looks updated. I liked the idea that it was old, the elevator is small but it works and traveling is about knowing and feeling the other country. I liked it. A hotel close to everything. "

"While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road."
