The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Walt was great at check-in and was very conversational. We had wished the other property he owns had been opened during the off-season. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were very nice and loved the remodeling of the bathroom area. We noticed that the wall where the towels are needs some paint, but that is it. You can tell that lots of care goes into this place.

We had an excellent stay. The resturant & the pool were nice. The staff was very helpful.

Delightful B and B. Small, private, quiet.

Lots of seating lobby to eat. Nice outside patio tables. Great staff. Would stay again for sure.

There is DQ right by it! Good ice cream!😂

This was my second visit to the Belvedere Estate, and I am so happy I made the decision to return! There is something truly special about this property. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are delightful, and the entire estate has a wonderful charm and elegance that makes staying here such a memorable experience. The customer service is exceptional, and you genuinely feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The location is another wonderful feature—tucked away in a peaceful,...

Great location with

Room was very clean, well organized. Had an ironing board and hair dryer, which I thought was very convenient. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, rolls, cereal and even a waffle maker) Beds were comfortable but pillows were small (they provide 3) My head kept rolling off during the night

Stayed here for a month 💖 enjoyed the stay , quiet , Wi-Fi and a little something for breakfast if your on the go 💖

Everything was great! It was clean and very roomy. Breakfast was great!

This will be our when in Holland hotel!! The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was like a real meal not a small doggie bag. Loved the pancake maker. All staff members that we came in contact with were super friendly

We came to Allegan for the sheep show part of Michigan Fiber festival. I promised my son if he shows sheep with me, I'll take him fishing. We found a nearby bait shop, explored the town of Allegan and surrounding areas like the Allegan Dam and just had a good time. Relatives came and spend the day with us on Saturday and we stopped to cool off in our room so I was happy we had upgraded to a King Suite room and could sit on the couch and talk/relax in between activities. We enjoyed getting to...

We always stay here when we visit our son at GVSU. Easy short drive to campus. New, clean, quiet.

The property is very nice and in a great area. Everyone of the staff members was top notch friendly!

Nice clean hotel

We stayed at Springhill in order to enjoy a day of shopping in Grandville. I am a frequent traveler and extremely picky. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was. Loved the bathroom setup and the spaciousness of a walk-in closet for storing everything. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

This was our 2nd time to Bay Pointe. They make us feel at home. It was a pleasure to encouter Mary Ellen at the front desk. She has a great smile!
