"The hotel looks like it’s been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel. It is conveniently located a few blocks away from the subway. My only complain with this hotel is that they are located in an alley and you cannot sleep if your room is facing the alley. The first night we stayed there, Friday, there was a club or pop up dance party in the alley. The music blasted until about 2 or...

"Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel."

"Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant...
