Upon our arrival, the sight of 2 iguanas on the lounging on the bridge by the pristine water at the back of the property had my entire family out of the minivan at lightning speed. They followed one, which lead them to trees full of these beautiful lizards. The front desk personnel, a very amiable gentleman, was very friendly and welcoming. The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.

Rooms were right on the water with great views, property had some nice amenities and the boat ramp and slips were exactly what I needed. Annette at the front desk was super friendly and knows the true meaning of Customer Service. Because of her, we will be back for sure and tell all our friends, this is the place to stay!

Loved the place. Beautiful and large pool. Free Shuttle service to downtown . Trolly stops right at door. Tiki bar on site is great. Room is awesome. Easy parking views are amazing. 2 free drinks at bar per each nights stay. Concierge sevice booked my dive trip.

The room was clean and neat, everyone is very friendly and helpful. So glad we booked this place last minute. The best time we've ever had in Key west. You will not get anything more authentic than this place. Loved it!

The Grand Guesthouse is a gem in Key West! The host was outstanding and the facility was lovely. Breakfast was simple but nice, and the Happy Hour was an added bonus. We had a nice suite- a bedroom and a living/kitchen area. The room was nicely appointed and it was straightened by the staff each day. The room was very clean! Overall, my wife and I were impressed! I read some bad reviews.... and I think those people are probably just snobs lol. This is a quirky, unique hotel that feels very "Key West"y. It isn't a 5 star hotel, it's old and cute but clean, funky, and an experience you won't get anywhere else. The vibe of the place is very islandy and different than any chain you'll find. Our stay in cabin 9 (turquoise one) was great. This cabin was perfect for our needs and we brought two dogs with us, no issues with that. We loved our stay but to be transparent this is really no frills. There is no sink sponge, no aluminum foil no nothing extra in the kitchen so bring your own!! The mattresses are VERY firm. There were a few small cosmetic issues that could be addressed in this cabin that would make a huge difference, example, crooked drawer front in kitchen, pinned drapes...

Tucked into the very quiet Truman Annex, the Weatherstation Inn was a great find. It is an old house, built in 1911. If you enjoy old, quiet inns with reconfigured spaces, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for uniform, sleek and modern, then head on down the road. While the property is older the rooms were clean and cold which was much appreciated. Staff was excellent and friendly. I was a little worried as the seal around the doors and the AC unit could stand to be addressed but no issues and the room served it's purpose. The TV is very small but who goes to Key West to watch TV? Overall I was pleasantly surprised and would stay at the motel again.

Great location & they were very accommodating! Only 1 room left with twin beds which was fine except the room was angled & therefore both sides of the room had 4' ceilings. It was peculiar shape and somewhat uncomfortable.

First time staying on a houseboat but will definitely not be the last. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the marine life.

While check in was a little confusing, everything after that was fantastic. Room was great, spacious, and clean. The location is fabulous. A short walk to the center of Duval st, giving easy access to everything you'd want to do. The staff was super friendly. I needed to let someone know the battery was low on our lock and it was immediately handled, with a very friendly follow up call to make sure everything was all set and if we needed anything. We so appreciated the location of this place. We so appreciated how close it was to everything and then to be able to walk out and go to the pool or the hot tub or the beach was just perfect
