"The hotel is in the 15th century remodeled building. It is 15 minutes of walk from the train station and 5 minutes of walk from the center el Duomo, the center of Florence.
The staff was excellent and super helpful. The all speak English well. The reception is staffed 24/7. The only problem was the noise when a family got into the adjacent room. it was late at night and we could hear every word until they finally got asleep. The breakfast at the hotel was very mediocre. It costs 10 euros."

Shower area too small and didn’t have enough room for toiletries.
Breakfast was ok, great service but cereal (muesli-like) was staled."
"This is a wonderful hotel located on the Piazza della Repubblica and is convenient to both the Duomo and the Uffizi Galleries. The historic hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained, especially for a 150 year old property. We would definitely consider staying here again on any future trips to Florence."

"The location was excellent as it’s only a short walk to the SMN train station. The breakfast was good with really great coffee. The room size was more than decent and there was enough space to put your things out. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
"We had two tours that need to go very early at 7am. The breakfast is open at 730am. When we talked to front desk, they were very nice and said would tell restaurant to pack some breakfast for us. But the guy who worked at the restaurant in the morning is not that nice and said they don't pack breakfast. After explaining to him, he is ok for us pack breakfast ourselves, but he thought we took too much.....we have four people and need that breakfast for 4 of us. This made us unhappy, Another...
"This was a very nice hotel. I found it to be clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked. The location was not the best but I expected that as I chose a property near the main railway station.
Overall it had its drawbacks but they were manageable given the situation. I would probably stay there again next time I am in Florence."

Es un edificio viejo , habitaciones muy pequeñas, mucho ruido en la noche y mucho mosquito. No lo recomiendo."

The lobby is spacious and there's a space where you can sit and enjoy playing games, reading a book or working on your laptop.
The hotel is located outside the center, near the airport, and it's a 6 minute walk from the tram T2 which you can take to reach the city center"
